They certainly do - my wife'd have a fit if she saw the kids climbing out of the upstairs window - I wouldn't be too happy about it either!

What's the problem - so long as they don't wake you up when they come back in! :eek:

I think I was probably about 11 in the Scouts, probably with a Fig of 8.

I first started SRT when my parents had scaffolding around their house for 6 months. I was about 13 and taught myself from a book!!! First SRT trip Pwll Dwfn a few weeks later.

So you still have not reached the age of my first abseil  ;)

- somewhere in my mid 40s off the bridge at How Stean. Second abseil a couple of months later was off Malham Cove. Both of them lifelined, I hasten to add. Don't like the idea of falling. Perfectly OK if someone else is looking after me - nothing I do can make the situation worse!
