Any one with ?150 000?

Sounds more like wrongmove.co.uk to me.

The price of undeveloped and undevelopable hill land in Wales is something like ?1000 per acre not ?14,285 per acre, and this sale doesn't include the mineral rights, there's no planning permission, no obvious touristic parking, no buildings other than small ruins, and all the encumbrances of a disused mine and surface quarry.

On the plus side, the quarry has a terrific collection of old cars from, I guess, the 1960s onwards:

You?d need a fervent imagination to realise an income stream that would justify that sort of investment in what seems to me a morass of HSE and financial liabilities. Maybe they considered giving it away, but then thought if they asked to be paid someone might actually think it was worth it? A cunning plan indeed.

It is a game often played with old oil platforms/fields. Rather than dismantle it, maybe some idiot will actually buy it off you? The number one discussion is always about what happens if the buyer goes bust - will the government come after you anyway?

It is an interesting problem, how to offload a mine.
A longtime friend of mine who owned a Derbyshire lead mine found himself in that position a few years ago.
Old age and infirmity prevented him from visiting anymore and it was time for it to go. But how?
He first offered it to myself and another as we had done much work there years ago.
We declined as we are not as young (or keen) as we were!
The best we could come up with was to auction it on eBay and then to notify the Barmoot court of a change in ownership.
In the event, a group of enthusiasts took it on between them.

Shame in a way, it would have been interesting to see how an eBay sale went....

Re-listed again or just the older listing?
It's been advertised a few times in the past few years. First time it was under 100K then bumped to the 150 as shown currently.

I agree.  Low prices can be so off-putting to some types of potential buyers.

I'm given to understand that Crown Estates shifted some unwanted disused mines for only ?1 which makes one wonder, along with the negative price of oil in 2020 after Covid struck, if the seller in this instance would pay for it to be taken off their hands.

So I suggest thinking about minus-150K as an opening bid STC, and we could do with some negative priced oil again too right now.

The cars aren't accessed from the land that is for sale. There do seem to be a couple of businesses already making use of the underground section though.

Properties where they want to shift the liability, or make sure that someone looks after them, regularly sell for ?1 to make the deal legal.

& It's not the most expensive tourism opportunity locally: http://lhj-property.co.uk/property/?wppf_search=to-buy&wppf_location=Corris&wppf_radius=10&wppf_orderby=latest&wppf_view=list&wppf_lat=0&wppf_lng=0

What sort of liability issues are there with owning land with mines? If anywhere is going to have issues with people visiting it's going to be here.
