Now then boys and girls
I am fed up with this weather and bored at work so I am dreaming of the future and all the lovely BBQ's that we will have in the summer ( maybe even the winter )
Where I live we are quite happy to light the BBQ at any time of the year providing its not pissing down, which isn't very often
So with this in mind what are peoples favorite BBQ recipes ??
Mine is Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in smokey bacon. Hold these together with cocktail sticks before cooking as slowly as poss
