For any team planning on visiting Wet Sink entrance to Slaughter Stream Cave over the next couple of weeks. There is a blackbird nest with 4 newly hatched chicks at the bottom of the shakehole about 1m up a tree near where the (normally dry) waterfall enters. Please don't hang around the shakehole area as the adults continually feed them and stay away whilst anybody is around. You'll hear them even from the bottom of the entrance climbs!
