I can, yes (if you mean do I have to go anywhere near it - I don't. My van would be charged if I did though). It's a relatively small area compared to many and we don't drive into town anyway (my wife's car is exempt).

Update on this. I've got a route I'm happy with from the northern end of the M606 to Bingley Bypass, going west of Bradford, as per some of the suggestions above.

If anyone needs a gpx (file to suit) your particular Satnav, please get in touch.
