I normally suffer from overheating, not cold underground, so I wouldn't wear a buff even if I won one.

I really need to upgrade to a buff. My 30 year old wooly caving hat falls a little short on the technical specifications that modern materials have to offer.
I'll probably have to upgrade the Oldham headset too.

No battery box I'm afraid.
Although I did once have a plan to put a bulb in the headset to light it up. 
Wouldn't have given any usable light but would have looked great walking back from caving or pub etc. and on the ski slopes at night.
