Bulbs for Speleo FX3?

What are my options for bulbs to put in my Speleo FX3?

Dose anyone know where i can purchase bulbs cheaply?

Cheepest I've found Halogen is ?4 + ?2 p&p at www.reflectalite.com/  can this be beaten?

OK I Know Bulbs are for the old school  but I'm new to this caving lark and it's not cheep kitting out me and the Family.

PS i did get my Fx3 Battery with a speleo Nova  :tease: and i was wanting to connect it to a spare Fx2 caplamp i have laying around (covering all options)

I have a couple of screw-in LED bulb conversions for the spot and pilot beams (probably ones that Biff made) that I stripped out of a headset I was upgrading, and I'm unlikely to use them.

They're roughly similar in output to the halogens, but lower power drain.
