For details of access arrangement you need to contact Valles Marineris Caving Club (VMCC) for northern Mars or Memnonia Fossae Speliologica Association (MFSA) for southern Mars.
Both have club huts with presurised breathing air (for off worlders) and the former has draught water at £235.60 a pint. Which is pretty reasonable all things considered. 8)
