caving buddies wanted

Hi all,
I am a fifty year old ex caver who would like to take it up again in a casual sort of way.
Is there anyone out there who feels the same and would like to have a go at some of the less demanding caves of the yorkshire dales?
P.S. I am new to this forum mullarky so there may be some hiccups and glitches along the way.

Which area of the country are you in Dave? Plenty of retired cavers in our club need new juniors to help them on their numerous projects (caving, filming, caving, digging, caving...)
New faces always welcome, we are based in N Staffs but active throughout the country.

thanks for the offer but you are a bit out of my area, I am in lancashire, about forty miles from yorkshire's caving country

hi Dave,

I'm always happy to go for a potter. I hardly ever get underground (something I'm trying to change) due to commitments of work and kids, so have never achieved the 'well hard' level. I sometimes cave with Kay (also on this forum) and I think our next plan is to investigate Storrs Common. Unfortunately I can't get out this weekend though - Wray Fair beckons!
