Erm. Well. It appears to start with Clit and ends with Chance of STI. Other than that I have no idea either.

Is York being on the far right good or bad? There seems to be a spectrum cluster at that end, is that significant?

I presume the lower scale is cleanliness given the YSS position?

Does it map on to ability to assimilate the instructions?

York students do tend to be nice people who enjoy visiting Diagon Alley in my ongoing experience. Interestingly not far from Leeds, who are more into 3am stuff and coke cut with rat poison. At least that was what was seemingly on the kitchen table at the end of term. Girls today, eh?

I resent the claim that CUCC is less fun that DUSA. I would also argue that we are usually more fun in an evening than NUCC. I would like to place us firmly in line with Bangor for "will stay up late and sing/play caving games but won't get naked unless heavily provoked"

EUSS may be very small but good fun I think (obviously I am biased) :)

Three of the ~10 people still up at 5:30 on the Saturday night at SCHECC were EUSS. They may not be the heaviest drinking club but they are quite naked (especially the alumni). Plus the only caving I know of with a glitter officer (although it doesn't have to be that way :) )...

Not keen on the oil though :p that's the trend that can happily die...

Student caving culture comes in waves, as generations of members come and go with high turnaround. If you'd tried to draw this chart at CHECC in the year or two before Covid, when ULSA/SUSS formed most of the CHECC and BCA youth committee, you'd have something that was pretty much completely flipped, even ICCC were fun - well aware of their rock-bottom status they regularly sent envoys up north to successfully build their rep. Same goes for the adult clubs, you might as well just draw a list that says "My list of friends".

Though we can all agree York are the least fun, regardless of era.

I can't help thinking, this is a particularly futile thread. If your club is mind-warpingly outrageous, you don't need to advertise. I was warned off the BEC by my parents when I was a teenage member of the Wessex. Everyone knew Beelzebub was a founder member of the BEC....

Why do you need the internet when the whole world knows you're evil?
