Caving insurance- long trip length

Hi all,

Looking for a bit of advice. I'm going expedition caving to Burma, Meghalaya & the philippines with a bit of backpacking in between, with a total trip length of 129 days. This seems to be a problem for snowcard, and a lot of the other normal insurers too. Anyone encountered this probelm before? Any recommendations?
