.............and close to Priddy, Cheddar, Charterhouse and Burrington (cue northerners droning on and on and on about how much better it is up north yatta yatta yatta... :spank ,  the Centre of the Universe is only a short drive away, and planning has already commenced to make 2012 the best CHECC ever.

( I know who did the "refurbishment", so don't go getting yer hopes up ... )
