We are going to surprise the smarty-pants Wessex and beat them this time!!

It seemed to be standing room only; great social event with masses of peeps! BEC answered everything to excess, apparently.

Yes congratulations to them, but there was a tie between them and a combined Cheddar CC/WCC team at the end. This had to be decided with a final question so it was a very close thing. Fantastic night. As the Cap'n says it was packed. Many people could not get in the room and had to settle for having a drink in the bar instead! I think if this is held next year a bigger venue is needed.
I would also like to thank Chris Lank, Martin Lee and most of all Mr Robin Gray for all their efforts in staging what was a great evening.

Yup, it was BEC wot won! Team members were Stuart Mcmanus, Pete Rose, Martin Grass and myself. Twas a close run thing and I know my jads from my branks from my scallions. You may gather it wasn't all caves. A great evening and inspired to think about a photo quiz. Have done this in Devon in the past. Idea is images of caves and you have to identify cave or location. If there is interest I will try to set something up.

You could play the noise of water rushing and try to guess what cave it comes from?
