Yes, sorry but I'm not very experienced in cryptic crosswords so perhaps my clue was a little unorthodox.
Foramen is Latin for hole
Beeri is a biblical character whose son is Hosea
Verse 11, chapter 10 (11/10) of Hosea says:
They shall walk after the LORD: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall come trembling from the west.
11/10 in the UK is 11th of October, which is National Coming Out Day
11/10 in the US is 10th November, which is Malala Day.
