Think: “about (an abrasive cutting tool)” (7)

AH! Its one of them "clue to a clue" clues. Work out that the abrasive tool is a GRINDER, then anagram it and stuff "that woman" = HER in it. Then append "episodes" = SERIES on the end and you get RED HERRING SERIES. But IMHO "clue to a clue" is overly mean LOL
