CSCC Annual General Meeting 10th May 2024

The 2024 AGM of CSCC is to be held on Friday 10th May at 7pm. The meeting will be held online and the agenda has been published on the CSCC website.

Please Note the CSCC constitution:

5g, “Nominated representatives must present written authorisation from the Chairman or Secretary of their Member organisation at or before the beginning of each meeting.”

The GM will be a Zoom meeting. The secretary is happy to accept an email or letter from the respective club chairman or secretary, prior to the start of the meeting. Please not this doesn't have to be every meeting, once a year is fine, perhaps after the club's AGM where you appoint your CSCC rep.

All are welcome, but only nominated representatives may vote on any matters discussed.

Clubs reps and others on the CSCC mailing list should have received joining instructions by email with the link for the Zoom event (sent 5th May), but if anyone else wishes to attend, please get in touch and a link can be provided to join the meeting.

Please note that while anyone is welcome to attend and participate in discussion, only club reps are entitled to vote and should provide written authorisation from their club that they are the nominated representative.
