    An informative discussion

Recently there was long thread about the BCA. I can now post possible answers to some of the questions, such as "Why is the BCA still raising membership prices when there is a significant amount still left in its coffers?"

long story, but short version is I managed to cut the cable for a duo in 2,  Oooops

I'm thinking some kind of waterproof connector to join it back together,

can anyone point me in the direction of something that will do the job, I know theres a few light guru's round here so hoping someone can help.

cheers

If you don't need to disconnect in the foreseeable future, perhaps just solder them back together and then heat shrink over the top of each solder joint, then heat shrink over both together. If possible best to stagger the solder joints.

Through crimps are the way to go, then adhesive heatshrink for a waterproof connection. Staggering the joints is good to keep it thin.
