Earthquake in Bristol Channel 20 Feb 2014

Magnitude 4.1 , epicentre midway between Gower and Devon, 13:21 GMT 20 Feb 2014.

I distinctly felt it in  Swansea - building noticably shook for three or four seconds and there was a grinding noise.

May possibly have affected some west Wales caves?

It was felt in Ivybridge, south Devon, too.

The Ripon earthquake, a few years ago, was followed by large boulders falling around divers at Malham (in the Dales) on the next visit after the quake. It's worth taking these things seriously if working in bad ground.
