We're aware of some email issues on the forum at the moment which includes people not getting notifications and password reset emails etc. It's being worked on now and should be sorted soon.

In the meantime, if you need to reset a password (or anything else), please email support@ukcaving.com and we'll get it sorted asap.

It's now working on a vastly superior system so it should be more reliable in the future.

Email should be working now
The new email setup uses the Microsoft Exchange system so will be more reliable and not get caught as SPAM so easily.

All forum related emails will come from support@ukcaving.com - make sure you add this to your safe senders list if forum mail keeps going to your spam folder. You can also use this to ask for help although always use the forum to ask first.

Click on the person's name or avatar picture and a little window opens up with some options. Press "start conversation"
