Whist they have used the Eurospeleo "brand" Eurospeleo 2016 was actually the 5th European Congress.
I don't believe Eurospeleo 2018 i sin any way similar to that. The next Congress (6th) will be in 2024.

There are lots of other "Euro" type meets of varying duration and content, happening most years, somewhere in Europe...
