Foreign cave rescue

Even if the country you're going to has a team, there's lots of other unknowns. Do they cover the area you're in? Do they rescue foreigners? Do they charge? Will it take them several days to respond? etc etc... I'm sure the info so far provided will be helpful though.

US - doesn't charge, rescue anyone, in caving regions fast response is typical (especially for TAG at least, I think the 911 system mostly has all kinks worked out we get paged as call comes in to the switchboard that falls under high angle rescue/cave rescue/cliff rescue)

Cantabria (including Matienzo). Rescue is free as long as the permit is in place and any poor weather forecast has not been ignored.
