One of the best and longest tv sections I've seen on GG, good lighting and camera work instead of some 30 sec flick. Quite a good program I think

It's still showing on iplayer catch-up for a couple more weeks, also has Julia Bradbury breaking the legs off a petrified teddy bear at Mother Shipton's & an item about bats at a cave on the Yorkshire Moors.

The Devon & Cornwall episode includes South Crofty & a stone mine near Beer.

'The Dales' this coming Monday features Jude and Johnny's blessing in Ingleborough Cave.

Funny how different people react to the same thing; I thought that the programme featuring GG was the usual dumbed-down claptrap, with the team jumping around Yorkshire as though the viewers have the attention span of a half-wit with Altzeimer's.

No its more likely because there is so much in Yorkshire that they had to jump about to get the best bits in. It's only an hour long program afterall.

I have to agree regarding the programme about Cornwall and Devon.  If Hugh Dennis is an "expert" on geology I've been reading the wrong books all these years.  Very little of it was accurate IMHO.
