Sounds good to me - what is the response to rain like?
The ducks fill up very quickly, we've bailed them and the day after, they're full again. The duck from Pool Chamber also fills very quickly, there's been a couple of times when we couldn't get through. Definitely try not to swallow anything whilst going through!!
Bit of a shame that there is no date information in there so us soft southerners can see which bits are new.
I'm sure Jams has colour coded the new bits?? Anyway, an UBSS member has been down there now so there must be some hard southerners out there ;)
Hitting "colour by date" doesn't show anything.  :doubt:

That's because we have surveyed the whole cave in one go. The extensions start from gautries_hole.40

ok i was hammered and my wetsuit was still in the wash!!! Good night though...

As for being hard enough andy, I seem to remember you digging a hand full of silt from the end before backing out?

The sump which is syphoned is fed by a small trickle from the right at the start and does fill up quick! (its easy enough to empty though and you can speed up progress by bailing with the bucket!) The duck beyond has always had a good air space. Pool chamber sump has almost always been passable eveytime ive been down, bar one occasion the monday after the discovery. The muddy duck has near enough always been a dive aswel.

How'd photos turn out?

I think I had more stuck to my helmet!!

Me and Jules had to dive through it once, bit worrying, think I may have increased airspace by swallowing a fair bit of mud. :yucky:
Sally got a few photos, we'll have to get them online or something. The best is of a certain aged caver with a torn yellow cagoule and wetsuit on.

Thanks, However, it should show something on Moose's big survey. Did you actually put the survey date in? There is a standard Survex command for that which enables the viewer to pick it up.

It would be nice to have such stuff available as the compilation grows.

Photo from Sunday by Sally. As Bob said "it's bloody awful the sort of poverty that pensioners in this country have to put up with!"

 Bob had us laughing all day

I love the way Jams is standing after being told that his packet did not look very impressive in that wetsuit!

Almost on a par with Pindale....
Pindale hasn't got a particularly unpleasant duck from Pool chamber followed by lots of muddy passage, followed by 2 ducks followed by a flat out crawl through squalor, yet!!!!! Get your backside down there and find something or the Pembertons will pirate it!!

Cough and cold and feeling miserable. Fed up with it, it's been going on for weeks.  :cautious:

Spent most of today in bed and am actually feeling a bit perkier. Not up to digging though I'm afraid Andy.

New Year will see a push on in Pindale, we thought we'd let someone else have this years rope prize....
