Greater Horseshoe Bat found in Kent

A couple of National newspapers mention this.  I have always regarded the GH as a cave dwelling bat.  Are there caves in Kent?

There are plenty of small natural cavities in the chalk.

There are ragstone mines and chalk mines.  There used to be lots of deneholes but most are filled in now.

I notice Chislehurst "Caves" (actually a chalk mine) has a bat on its web site! http://www.chislehurst-caves.co.uk/
