Recently there was long thread about the BCA. I can now post possible answers to some of the questions, such as "Why is the BCA still raising membership prices when there is a significant amount still left in its coffers?"
Bob Whitaker pushed on through the pool not realising there was a dry bypass. Bob worked for The Bristol and Avon River Authority ( BARA ) and liased with the quarry management regarding possible disruption to water flowing out of St Dunstan's Well. He lived in Bath. His name also forms the first initial of WL Cave. ( Whitaker Lavis )
