Now that the venue has been confirmed I would think that the web site will be updated in the coming days.
"what's it actually all about?"
Hidden Earth - the National Caving Conference is the highlight of the caving year. There will be lectures on all aspects of caving (both national and international) which will be both informative and entertaining. There will be food and beer together with the conference dinner on the Saturday night (with an after dinner speaker - which is always good) followed by legendary The Stomp. And whatever you do, don't miss the opening and closing ceremonies, which just keep getting better and better each year. It's somewhere to meet friends and make new friends, there's a trade hall where you can buy shiny new gear, in short, it's a fantastic weekend full of caving without actually going caving. All this is provided by a team of volunteers who put in a huge amount of effort, not just on the weekend, but throughout the year to make sure that we, the punters, have a bloody good time. So come along to Hidden Earth, you will not be disappointed.
Cheers,
Glenn
