Right! I will probably regret asking this, but what is the recommendation for a good local brew for this year's Hidden Earth?

Howard Town brew good beer but Glossop is hardly local to Leek, how about Hartington brewery?;

There is a brewery in Leek itself of course, but Whim Ales are renown for settling really quickly - of course you have Thornbridge in Bakewell, Buxton Brewery and Titanic in Stoke - all three excellent breweries.

Agree with Boggie. Hartington Bitter or Hartington IPA, both very good. Trust me!

I have it on good authority that the beer order for Hidden Earth has now been placed with two breweries and that suggestions/recommendations were given due consideration
