The funeral for Jim Eyre will be at 2pm on Friday 26th. September at Lancaster & Morecambe Crematorium.
There will be a gathering of friends afterwards in the Boot & Shoe Hotel, Lancaster.
Crematorium: Powder House Lane, Lancaster LA2 6AD
Travel is from M6 junction 34 into lancaster (A683). Follow signs into Morecambe (A589), at third large Roundabout take last right through Torrisholme Village (B5321) then follow signs up approach narrow lane.
Allow at least 30 minutes from M6 as Friday traffic is often very heavy
Boot & Shoe Hotel: Scotforth Road Lancaster LA1 4PU
Back into Lancaster then follow A6 south.
Hotel is at traffic lights at southern end of city (next to Booths supermarket)
Afterwards, continue south on A6 to rejoin M6 at junction 33
