Clerk to Executive

BCA is seeking to appoint a paid ?Clerk to Executive?. The postholder will be expected to complete a range of the day-to-day administrative tasks, improving BCA's generally efficiency and freeing up BCA's key volunteers to concentrate on more strategic matters. The successful candidate will be an excellent, self-managing administrator who is flexible and efficient with strong IT skills. They will be responsible for day-to-day financial and secretarial administration, including report collation, minute taking and record keeping, as well as updating BCA's website. As many of BCA's meetings take place at weekends, they should be able to attend at least five weekend meetings per year and have sufficient flexibility in their time to cope with our busier periods, particularly the weeks leading up to and following Council Meetings.
