Lathkill Head Cave ? Water Levels?

Has anyone been in Lathkill Head Cave (Top Entrance or resurgance) recently and had a look at the water levels?
Was wondering about the possibility of the Top Entrance to Resurgance through trip...
But everytime we've looked over the last couple of years the downstream streamway has been sumped
Not been up for a while but about on Sunday...and its been dry for a while so hopeful!
Anyone have any reports?

Don't know about Lathkill Head, but we were in Mandale a few days ago and the level were pretty low, although still some water down by the sough tale, so it does get lower than it is...

Mandale sough tail was dry last tuesday, with levels being about 1.5m down by the shaft with the traverse line. IMO the through trip would not be possible yet.

Incidentally heard reports of dead rabbits and or "black" cows failing to swim in the founder shaft sump...

me and the pemberton had a look up the resurgence about 2 months back, sumped at tiger passage and dawkes crawl was pretty wet. full on stuff!!!!!! :yucky:
can't imagine it's dried out much.

Yes, there was a bunny floating around in the sump, and what looked like a stoat or a weasel...  I figured the presence of the two was somehow connected!  It would be fair to say it was bit whiffy down there!  There was also some speculation that there was effluent coming from the upstream continuation, but on entering the passage the air freshened, so I rather suspect is was just the bunny fumes!
