Haven't been there recently but I reckon if it is blocked at stream level you should be able to find a route over the top easily enough. This was always the case in the past. Just take a bar and be prepared to dig it a bit if need be.
Bit surprised you need to ask on here as you know your way around the place a lot better than I do. Or at least you used to. Just wondering now how many years 'several' might actually be!

I've done quite a lot of trips into Llethrid, none very recent, but there was always flood debris in the entrance and a number of different ways past it. In fact, if I remember correctly, I don't think I've actually done the same route twice!
It must be over 15 years since I last did a trip in Llethrid. As Gus commented, the route through the streamway was forever changing due to debris/boulders being moved by winter floodwaters.
I recall hearing SWCC bods saying it was blocked in the last year or two. Of course, this used to be said by various people years ago and when I went down the cave and knowing where to look, I found blockages to be non existent.
So, if there is any fresh info out there, I'd welcome it,
