Looking for a (kong) banana...

Does anyone have a spare kong banana (happy to take it if the bobbins are worn)? They've stopped making them and I've managed to kill the gate that clips into the krab on mine but I've got 3 bobbins in good nick

I'm sadly hanging onto mine, as I bought the custom stainless bobbins, which expanded the lifetime by about a factor of four - though doubled the weight too. But the catch is showing its age now sadly - once it's gone there's not much I can do either. Except maybe beg someone to make me some stainless bobbins for a Simple. To be honest, this may be the excuse I've been needing to order a BMS Micro Rack...

I've got one that's missing the bottom bolt. I've been intended to replace it for ages but haven't got around to it. Would that be useful to you?

A Banana you mean? If the carabiner catch still works, yes indeed. It was opening to an alarming degree on Sunday, when rigging a rebelay halfway down a 50m shaft. If you mean a Micro Rack, I've just sorted one out, thanks ;)

There is a possibility that I may be able to source a little used Kong Banana which was donated to my club and is, I think, now in the "loan gear" because no-one wanted it. If you are still interested, please PM me.

Sorry, that one has been grabbed by someone in the Club who is now using it, having bought some spare from Starless River.
