might be worth going for a look sooner rather than later. If you let the foot jammer get as far as East canal, then you aren't getting it back.
my hand is still not in great shape, otherwise I would volunteer, caving today with the two small fingers of my glove taped together (as buddy strapping) was OK, but the range of movement still isn't great.
