I use Tunnel for drawing my maps. It uses the raw data processed in Survex. In fact I believe Survex is used under the hood in Therion too. Survex is the best program out there for processing centreline data. You can choose between Therion and Tunnel for producing a finished survey for publication. The viewer in Therion is the best way to visualise 3D cave models, and supports landscape models on top of the cave too. But for drawing the map I prefer Tunnel for ease of use.
