Mounting a Fenix 55

Hi, I purchased a Fenix 55 as a backup light and I am so impressed I'm going  to mount it above my (modified) Duo as a two main light set-up.

Ideally it needs mounting 30mm proud of the shell to clear the lip of the duo so I don't get shadow. (I'd move the duo up if there was enough cable)

Just wondering what you guys would use to fill the gap before I go ahead with whatever Is at hand

I keep mine in the arm pocket. Keep it on the headband.

Useful if I ever lose my helmet or have to do a tight helmet off passage.

Think I have settled on a bracket that wil sit between the duo - helmet and snake over the top. Possible even replacing the plastic cradle it sits in....

The trunking is a good shout though... Could install a notched section and still mount the lamp with the head strap so its still removable

Or a spacer that clips to the back of the lamp cradle so there no modifications needed....

Something so simple and yet so much to procrastinate over!
