Nettle pot, (Bingo pot and Hell ladders???)

Does anyone know what the situation is with ladders in Nettle Pot, are the ladders in Bingo and lower pitch in Hell to Franks old dig, if so you know what condition they are they are in, as the last time I was there the bottom one snapped on me when I was taking Franks ashes to his old dig, years ago so not sure if they were ever replaced
