Howdy, recently joined CATMHS and looking forward to getting down some mines, especially looking forward to getting involved in SRT visits and to do some exploring in a certain Furness iron mine! Trying to piece required kit together on a tight budget so keeping an eye on the classifieds

Welcome to the world of underground exploring!
Only rules about underground club.
1. Don't mention Aditnow.
2. Bring a torch.
3. Wear a helmet.
4. Dont upload wonky videos to YouTube.

Enjoy!!!

I am sure some lovely folk in that area will respond to you. Plenty of groups to join and plenty of places to explore!

Thanks for the photo haha looks like a nice place!

Very new to the CATMHS scene so yet to meet people in it, got some meets and the AGM this month so will do then. Don't do Facebook so just looking around other sites for interesting subsurface stuff
