Good news from South Wales received from James Meredith Communications Officer, South Wales Caving Club

"Ogof Fyynnon Ddu Open

SWCC are pleased to announce that Ogof Ffynnon Ddu is now open again to bona fide cavers.

Day permits are available as before from the SWCC Permit Sec. (permit_secretary@swcc.org.uk) and annual permits remain valid.

As a result of the COVID-19 event we have had to make some changes to the way in which keys are issued and trips are logged.  Full details on accessing keys etc. are included in the Interim Guidance and Procedures handed out with day permits. This information has already been sent to clubs with annual permits and can also be found on the SWCC website.

Please also note that SWCC is currently unable to offer a cave rescue call out service. Cavers will therefore need to make their own call out arrangements when visiting OFD at any time.

Stay safe and happy caving.

Regards,
SWCC "
