I found them years ago. They are not loaded.
Its below the no 2 level at the point where the there is a heave or throw on the vein. There are short cross cuts on the right heading in that reach the vein which is understoped at that point, then further in a short distance, the level turns abruptly to the right to pick up on the lode and then continues inbye. It cant be missed. I belayed to an air pipein the level and it was then only a short distance down, this was at the outbye end of the understope. From the bottom of the short pitch you continue downwards and will find the trucks.
I think that they were originally on false floor on the sole of the no 2 level, this rotted and dropped the trucks all together.

Wow, very good to know, last time in area I only had the briefest nosey in to parc L3, but absolutely intend to return to have a more substantial explore (hopefully on several occasions!). The waggons are one of several things I'm keen to see, so the info here was extremely useful. Thanks Roy!

You cannot do to much tidying up their the more you keep walking around the more holes appear at the hanging wall !

There is a solitary loaded tipping wagon on a sub level ABOVE level 2. After you go through Roy's dig and crawl through the three collapses the passage carries on towards the ore diversion truck. There is an old ladderway nearby (can't remember whether is before or after the truck) which is bereft of the the bottom two ladders, but there are compressed air pipes heading up. Follow these and you get to some ladders in fair condition. At the top of these is a side passage which leads to a short passage parallel to and above level 2. There is a loaded ore wagon there. Given its location and the fact that there is no-where for it to go forward or back - its a bit of a mystery. There is a photo on the CAL site.

There's also a wagon underwater on a flooded incline off Parc 3. You need to hold a decent torch below the surface to see it, and to do so quickly before the mud that you've stirred up clouds the water.

Yes, there is a lot of stemming cartidges there. Rock dust made up into 'sticks' with old newspapaer. This is what gave rise to the "tons of explosives " nonsense a few years back.

The only place that had tons (literally) was Crosoer, did you ever see Martin Prichard's Flickr published old ICI pics?
first time I saw them I was astonished (even expecting a lot), then I realised the size of the crates and therefore the scale in the pics and was astonished a second time. A few sticks of stemming clay/dirt won't impress 
Did anyone see the absolutely insane ,"mythbusting" test "goontube" that dynamite (as opposed to gelignite) the nitro will evaporate after >60 years (depending on conditions) and therefore become safe from explosion (although potentially still cause bang-head if handled). In that case the testing in dry US mines showed it was safe. Gelignite in colder damper UK conditions is something I'm not willing to test myself!
