Does anyone have any information about the maypole inlet in peak caverns streamway as I can’t find much information about both the dig and if the bolts for srt up to the inlet are still safe.

Sorry, I can't help you with information on any fixed aids at that location. If they're not ones listed as being maintained by the Peak Cavern Keyholders then the best advice is to treat them as unsafe (unless you can obtain direct information to the contrary).
The passage is actually a relict outlet (not an "inlet") on the same bedding plane as Upper Gallery. If you do get up there, look at the good scalloping which confirms this.
It's been dug on and off for a long time; perhaps the most serious effort was that of the TSG spearheaded by "Buster" (Ian Wright) in the late 80s (from memory). There's likely to be a lot of information in TSG logbooks, written by that generation. Perhaps worth having a word with the TSG Librarian.

Went up there a while back (no more than a year or so), rope in decent condition and anchors fine. The dig has been abandoned, prior to the (number of?) cleanup operation(s) it sported a large amount of conveyor belt and a wheelbarrow. There are various ancient anchors around the window looking out over the canyon attesting to hauling contraptions.
