Petzl Stop spring replacement

The spring in my old-style (all metal) Petzl Stop has died a death. It’s the one which stops the handle flapping about when the Stop is unloaded, so I don’t believe it’s safety critical.

I’ve found only one place online which claims to sell the replacement (which I think(?) has part code D09301): https://insideoutropescourses.co.uk/ropes-course-equipment-shop/product/cid-271

Does anyone know of anywhere else to get them, or a compatible generic replacement? The InsideOut website above seems a little unmaintained to me, although I’ll probably try my luck there. The handle gets caught on everything otherwise.
 
Thank you! I’ve gone ahead and ordered a couple from InsideOut. In the unlikely case they don’t turn up, I’ll be back in touch. Seems a shame to cannibalise another Stop for one unnecessarily

The InsideOut website is indeed unmaintained and shouldn’t be accepting orders. Don’t try and order anything from it!

If u DM me I can send you 2stops that are for spares and repairs, they have all the original parts working, just to much wear on the cams the spring is fine, message me and I'll send it to you
 
It’s been a few months, so time to resurrect this thread. I got some 1.2mm stainless spring wire and have made a replacement spring. It’s ugly, but so far it seems to work. Photo below is before I trimmed the legs down to size. The one on the right is the original failed one, missing a leg 🤕.

Now that I have a bit of tooling for making them, and some spare spring wire, I’m happy to make D09301 torsion springs for anyone’s Stop for the price of postage — let me know.
