Thanks again to everybody who has offered photos - I am gradually working my way towards a final selection.  If I can be forgiven for making another request, and hopefully without refuelling the payment debate, can I ask if anyone has any pictures illustrating the following:

Surface features ? limestone pavement, dolines, UK and foreign
Pseudokarst caves ?  eg: lava tubes
Bats and cave wildlife
Bat grille
Carbide lamp in use
Resurgence of Porth
Free diving sump
Ladder pitch (with lifeline!)
Boulder choke
Rescue practise
Surface dig
Diver underwater
Underwater formations
Exotic overseas caves ? Berger, Mulu, China etc?..

Thanks.

Let me know what you want. Willing to help if I can get a copy and possibly payment in kind as eldest daughter Sally needs decent SRT training. Philippa put your training into practice in Meghalaya and was happily tackling 90 metre shafts within days (better than her poor knackered dad).

Cheers

My mother always taught me if you don't ask then you don't get, but I don't think Andy is going to give free copies of his book to some contributers and not others.

Getting there slowly!  Ticked a few things off the list and taking some myself but still could do with:

Carbide lamp in use
Resurgence of Porth
Ladder pitch (with lifeline!)
Boulder choke
Rescue practise
Surface dig
Underwater formations
Exotic overseas caves ? Berger, Mulu, China etc?..

As far as copies of the book are concerned it depends how many contributors there are.  It's not ruled out yet.  What I definitely can do to show my appreciation is to send contributors a triple DVD set of Speleo-Vertical, Rock and a Hard Place, and the new production Matienzo Diary
