Pilgrims Progress, Birks Fell Cave

This is the passage above Aven Three in Birks Fell originally explored by Brook, Champion and Todd (all CPC?) back in 1973. The account of the exploration is in the Journal of the CPC Vol 5 No 2 1974, but I can't find any reference to a survey being completed. Northern Caves shows the passage as dotted, which implies that there wasn't a survey when that was published (1988).

Anybody got any further information?

I don't think it was surveyed, because of the circumstances of the journey out of the cave (!). I'll send a message to AC and check then let you know.
