Possibilities near Hillhead Quarry?

Went for a wander round near the quarries by Harpur Hill today to get some thinking time and came across a very promising looking line of shakeholes/holes along an obvious re-entrant. They are situated on the West side of Hillhead Quarry (near the Sheffield research labs on the Harpur Hill industrial estate)  and on the OL24 white peak map begin at map ref 065698 and run in a line 300m along the obvious re-entrant to 065695.
Has anyone had a look at these? They look pretty promising.
