Was up by Providence yesterday and noticed a good size hole in the side of the cap that wasn't there a few weeks ago. I suspect flood waters could continue to mine out the cap.
I have quietly noticed this getting worse also. First saw big deterioration back in December time after a big flood, then gradually through the winter it got bigger.
