  The R.R.C.P.C. 's website uses a "cloaked" e-mail address to avoid spamming. So, go to the page listed as Club Contacts, and click on the BLUE text " HUT BOOKINGS ", this will allow You to e-mail their Bookings Sec, and I'm sure He can pass on any requests to the relevant person. NOTE, you will have to change the word (at) for @ in the address line.
