I can't help you with Telegraph Aven, but the passages between Pyridine Passage and the windows overlooking the main stream passage, including Mud Hall, seem to have been explored by the G.P.O. Club in 1945. They didn't find the connection to the entrance passage. I'll PM you a link.

Blayshaw Gill Pots: These seem to have been first entered by the Yorkshire Ramblers in 1906:
