Anyone heading to Penwyllt (SWCC) or to Dan-yr-Ogof should be aware that the A4067 - the main road up and down the Swansea valley - is currently closed, outside the Ancient Briton, after a landslip.

Beware that the recommended diversion route is a long way (43 miles!); instead get out your OS Map or road atlas and use the lanes through Coelbren and past Henrhyd Falls, and rejoin the A4067 at Pen-y-Cae.
