Yarp.  Just found the photo I was thinking of dated 3rd April 2007, taken in Old Gell's and definitely pre caving helmet.  Saving that one for a rainy day.

Better directions given the amount of jungle you'll need to cross... paddle across the stream to follow the edge of the hemlock, Spencer's is about 20ft to the East (left) and about one third distance of the plantation up hill.  Henstocks is 100ft further uphill on a similar line (or maybe right a bit).
 
Thanks for the extra info - not sure when I will get over there, might have died down a bit before I get a chance...
