Not wishing to be too geeky, but the forum clock appears to be still on GMT. 
Having finally got round to sorting all the clocks at home out, it's nice to find someone even further behind...

I think you have to change it in your profile settings:

Profile>Account Settings>Look and Layout>Auto Detect
